Bob's World's Best North Carolina, Vinegar Based, Pulled Pork Recipe |

PULLED PORK Line a roasting pan with foil Place a 5 pound pork shoulder
in the pan. Mix: Pour this mixture over the pork in the pan. Put the lid on the pan and cook in the oven for 5 hours at 325º. Remove the bone and fat by pulling with two dinner forks. Cool in the refrigerator then skim additional fat off the surface. Reheat and serve on a bun with Linda's coleslaw. (Good Luck on that recipe!) Remaining sauce can be served on the side.
