PULLED PORK

Line a roasting pan with foil
(Or use a Teflon coated pan and save the foil)

Place a 5 pound pork shoulder in the pan.
(Yes, the weight of the bone is included in the five pounds.)

Mix:
1 ½ cups apple cider vinegar
1 large, diced onion
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
3 Tablespoons crushed red pepper

Pour this mixture over the pork in the pan.

Put the lid on the pan and cook in the oven for 5 hours at 325º.

Remove the bone and fat by pulling with two dinner forks.

Cool in the refrigerator then skim additional fat off the surface.

Reheat and serve on a bun with Linda's coleslaw.  (Good Luck on that recipe!)

Remaining sauce can be served on the side.
