190SL Group is in Charlottesville, Virginia. Since we decide to drive,
we take a test run to the beach followed by an oil change and safety check at Greggs
Automotive. On Friday afternoon we cruise to Ocala.

Stopping in Callahan, Florida for gas,
we look for lunch. Seeing three fast food chains, we pick one.
Unbeknownst, downstream is Cedar River Seafood and now we know the one in
Lake City isn't alone.
At Walterboro, South Carolina we clean Love Bugs procured in South
Georgia. |

Registration is Monday and car judging
is Tuesday. Rain gets in the way, but we adapt and in the afternoon
visit Thomas Jefferson's home at Monticello. |

The driving tour on Wednesday takes us
to James Madison's home at Montpelier where Linda reads a book with James
and Dolly. |

spectacular views on Thursday, we visit Veritas Vineyards, then lunch at
Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards. |
