The 190 SL Group begins Yellowstone touring Tuesday.

  Geysers and wildlife.

A number of Model T Fords share the park Wednesday as we explore and do laundry.

Concours and awards banquet for the 190 SL Group.

Leaving Old Faithful Inn Friday, there are great vistas driving South.

In Castle Rock, Colorado we stay the weekend with Jo Ann.

Hanging pictures, buying art (I'm now the owner of a Shrimp Fly) and getting home before the rain are Sunday entertainment.

The drive East begins Monday with a view of Pike's Peak from Jo Ann and Jack's house.  At Last Chance we expect to see more than a sign, but that's all there is.  Norton doesn't disappoint as a crew works on the water tower.  We're fortunate to meet the Belle of The Ball at Cawker City who helps me add another piece of twine.

Tuesday takes a political slant as we drive past sunflowers of Alf Landon's Kansas, Pony Express in Marysville, to The Museum in Independence, Missouri.

Arriving in Oquawka, we receive an invitation for burgers with John Turnbull.

Following a luncheon at Monmouth College it's Oquawka time.

After practicing shoveling skills Friday, Fred met us in Galesburg.  Wondering where the old Purington Paver brick ovens were, Fred was able to find them.

Our last night in Oquawka we have snacks and drinks.

Driving in the rain through (arguably small) parts of five states on Monday, we find this road sign(s).
